Some poker techniques will astonish you with their simplicity. This is sample. Write down your results, each and every time you gamble.

You have to write down your wins and thy loses; for it is the total of all a persons achievements which develop his/her basis.

How accurate is up to you. I tend to think that hourly specifics and that kind of personal information is wasted. Simply work out how much up you are and what amount (if any) you’ve withdrawn. Naturally, if you don’t win, note that too, no matter how much it hurts.

Don’t omit to note what type of game you’re gambling on, if that’s critical to you. (In my expertise, most folks hold to what they understand and do not experiment. If all you do is keep up, loses and withdrawals, you are light years ahead of almost all gamblers around!)

Bestow on yourself realistic goals, like a ‘dream’ target (new car, vacation or anything else). When you withdraw, add the money withdrawn to your dream tally. The more prosperous you are, the nearer that goal will get!
