Pai Gow Poker is a current game with old ancestry. Built on the ancient Chinese domino game and the current American version of poker, Pai Gow poker marries the eastern with the western in a wonderful game for starting gamblers.

One five card hand and a 2 card hand have to be made from the seven cards dealt, the five card hand must be better than the 2 card hand. To win, a player is required to have both of his hand values to be larger than the dealer’s.
