Web poker has become world celebrated recently, with televised events and celebrity poker game events. Its universal appeal, though, arcs back in fact a bit further than its television ratings. Over the years numerous variants on the first poker game have been created, including some games that are not quite poker anymore. Caribbean stud poker is one of the above-mentioned games. Despite the name, Caribbean stud poker is more closely related to 21 than old guard poker, in that the players wager against the casino rather than each other. The succeeding hands, are the traditional poker hands. There is little bluffing or different types of bamboozlement. In Caribbean stud poker, you are expected to ante up prior to the croupier saying "No more bets." At that instance, both you and the house and of course every one of the different players receive five cards each. After you have looked at your hand and the casino’s first card, you must either make a call bet or bow out. The call bet’s value is akin to your original wager, meaning that the stakes will have doubled. Giving Up means that your bet goes instantaneously to the house. After the wager is the conclusion. If the dealer doesn’t have ace/king or better, your wager is returned, plus a figure in accordance with the ante. If the casino does have ace/king or better, you succeed if your hand is greater than the casino’s hand. The house pony’s up cash even with your bet and fixed odds on your call bet. These odds are:
- Equal for a pair or high card
- 2-1 for two pairs
- three to one for three of a kind
- 4-1 for a straight
- five to one for a flush
- 7-1 for a full house
- twenty to one for a four of a kind
- 50-1 for a straight flush
- 100-1 for a royal flush
