• Caribbean Poker Codes and Pointers

Web poker has become globally acclaimed as of late, with televised competitions and celebrity poker game shows. The games popularity, though, stretches back in fact a bit further than its TV scores. Over the years several variations on the first poker game have been created, including a handful of games that are not really poker anymore. Caribbean stud poker is 1 of these games. Regardless of the name, Caribbean stud poker is more closely affiliated with twenty-one than old guard poker, in that the players wager against the dealer instead of each other. The winning hands, are the established poker hands. There is little conniving or different kinds of bamboozlement. In Caribbean stud poker, you are expected to pay up prior to the dealer saying "No further wagers." At that point, both you and the dealer and of course all of the different gamblers attain five cards. Once you have looked at your hand and the dealer’s first card, you need to either make a call wager or surrender. The call bet’s value is on same level to your original bet, indicating that the stakes will have increased two fold. Bowing out means that your bet goes directly to the house. After the bet is the conclusion. If the casino does not have ace/king or greater, your bet is given back, including a sum in accordance with the original bet. If the casino does have ace/king or greater, you win if your hand beats the casino’s hand. The casino pays money equal to your original bet and fixed expectations on your call wager. These expectations are:

    • Equal for a pair or high card
    • two to one for 2 pairs
    • 3-1 for 3 of a kind
    • four to one for a straight
    • five to one for a flush
    • 7-1 for a full house
    • twenty to one for a 4 of a kind
    • 50-1 for a straight flush
    • one hundred to one for a royal flush
